A one-time cleaning fee of €165 applies to each booking.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (7 nights in July and August).

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
- No parties or events allowed
- No noise in the garden or pool area after 11:00 PM
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the house
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
Please leave the home in good condition. Failure to comply may result in loss of the security deposit.
Security Deposit
To ensure the proper use and care of the property, a security deposit of €500 is required. This amount is fully refundable after check-out, provided that:
- No damage has occurred to the property or its contents
- House rules have been respected
- No excessive cleaning is required
Refund Process
The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, once a final inspection has been completed. Any deductions will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before check-in
- No refund if canceled less than 14 days before check-in
